Sponsored Plenary Session Guidelines
- Sponsored plenary sessions should align with the overall themes of the symposium. The specific focus of the session can be mutually agreed upon with the organizers.
- Once the sponsorship is confirmed, sponsors will have full flexibility to invite any speaker of their choice to lead the session. Organizers will provide complimentary registration for the session; however, the speakers’ travel and accommodation expenses will not be the responsibility of the organizers.
- Speakers for the sponsored plenary sessions will be listed as invited speakers on the symposium website and other promotional materials.
- Sponsored plenary sessions should follow the symposium’s standard format, which may include keynotes, panel discussions, or other formats as agreed upon with the organizers. The session duration will be 1 hour.
- There are six sponsored plenary session slots, and they will be allotted to the sponsors on a first come first serve basis.
- The organizers will provide basic technical support, including AV equipment and access to technical staff during the session.
- Plenary sessions should not include any commercial presentations on any product, service, or organization.
- Plenary Sessions will be named after the respective sponsors. For example, a session sponsored by XYZ will be titled “XYZ Plenary Session.”
