The registration fee for the symposium is as follows:

Note:
- Submission of the revised paper and author registration for the symposium are the mandatory requirements for the paper to be included in the symposium program.
- At least one author of accepted papers must register on or before 31st March 2025.
- One registered author is allowed to present up to two papers only.
- The delegate registration fee includes
- All applicable government taxes except GST as per applicable rate.
- Access to all the technical, keynote, and sponsored sessions of the symposium
- Delegate symposium kit
- Tea/coffee and lunch on all symposium dates
- The accompanying person registration will include the following
- Access to the serving areas for tea/coffee and lunch
- Complimentary tea/coffee and lunch on all days of symposium
- Full-time bonafide students at the time of the symposium are eligible for student registration. Students registering for the symposium will have to submit a copy of their valid student ID card during online registration and they are also expected to carry the original student ID card during symposium.
*The pre-symposium workshop and symposium tours will have limited capacity, and registration will be on a first come first serve basis. Delegates can only register for one of the symposium tours.
